Welcome to Delix Stamped Designs

If you continue to browse and place an order you agree to the following terms and conditions. Throughout these terms and conditions "I" means Delix Stamped Designs; "you" means the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Refunds/ Returns- I hope you will be very satisfied with your purchase. But if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then I offer a 14 days returns policy. This is only on items that are not personalised. Please contact me immediately to advise me that you are returning the item and I will give you instructions for returns. I will then refund you (minus postage) as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days. You must contact me within 14 days. 

Faulty goods- In the unfortunate and unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged please contact me as soon as possible and return the item within 7 days for a full refund (including reimbursement of delivery charges) or exchange.

Payment Policy

Payment- Prices are given based on materials and equipment used and time taken. Some designs can be quite straight forward and as such will require minimum time, whereas orders that require in depth design and execution will take longer. I reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders will only be started once full payment is received. You are responsible for ensuring full payment is sent and paying any taxes due on your item entering your own country.

Payment Options- At the checkout you will find various ways to pay. We accept payment methods using online secure payment options including PayPal, World Pay (hosted by Create Payments) and Klarna. Each has their own T&C's which must be understood and adhered to.

Cancellation Policy- Personalised orders will only be cancelled up to 24 hours after ordering or before work has begun. Non personalised orders can be cancelled up to the shipping date.

Delivery Policy

Delivery methods- We currently use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels, most will require a signature upon delivery.

Upgrades- If you need your item for a specific date and need the delivery guaranteed please get in touch BEFORE ordering to make arrangements for the postage to be paid.

International/ Customs- International orders are sent tracked and signed for and tracking numbers will be sent along with your dispatch notice. You are responsible for paying any customs and tax charges in your country.

Postage & Packaging- We are trying to reduce our packaging and so items are sent with minimal packaging with this in mind. All items are sent protected then in a cardboard PIP box for smaller orders or plastic mailer for larger orders. Please try to reuse and recyle as much of the packaging as possible. Gift wrapping is available upon request BEFORE ordering.

I aim to deliver items within 2-3 weeks. Items are usually made 7 days after purchase and posted 1-2 days after completed. If a priority order is needed please get in touch. Always contact me to check on current delivery dates, they are often displayed on the facebook page. Orders during busy periods (Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day etc) will often have a later dispatch time and a cut off date is usually displayed. Once we have posted your item it is up to the chosen delivery method to reach you and we cannot be held responsible.

Additional Information

Personalised products- The majority of products I make are personalised to you, these include names/ dates/ sayings that are individual and cannot be used for others. Please make sure you check wording and spelling carefully as all errors will need to be paid for. Errors on my part are corrected free of charge. Refunds will not be given on any personalised order unless it is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Metal stamping- I plan my designs and using metal stamps, align these on the blank and hammer them to leave an imprint. Some more intricate design stamps will require hitting twice and as such on very rare occasions these can leave slight double imprints. Because each item is aligned by sight there will be some inaccuracies with the alignment and spacing. I do my best to make sure that each letter is evenly spaced and aligned but if you are looking for something that is “perfect” a hand stamped product may not be best for you. I personally, find that this adds to the uniqueness and handmade effect of your product- it is very unlikely that any 2 products will ever be the same.

Photography Policy- All items will be photographed, any sensitive date like phone numbers or medical conditions and full names will be covered. The photo will then be uploaded onto Delix Stamped Designs or Delix Designs Facebook page and shared with its fans. You are welcome to tag yourself in this and to share the picture with your friends but it must be linked to the page. If the item is a gift and you do not wish the picture to be shared you must state this when ordering. Any photograph can be deleted at your request. As a page I am unable to tag you in pictures but you are welcome to do so yourself.

Photos will be taken in the most natural light where possible and with an object for size references. All photos are edited to provide the best effect. If you are unsure about colour or sizing you must say.

Custom & Wholesale- We welcome and specialise in custom orders so please get in touch if there is something specific you are interested in. We use a sliding scale for wholesale orders and a discount can be given.

Delix Bakes- All allergens will be listed however customers are responsible for contacting us with requirements. Goods are cooked within a family kitchen where other allergens are present.
